I was overcharged in dollars, supposedly due to a problem with the booking system. The hotel claimed that the system was at fault, but I'm not buying it - it just seemed like a convenient excuse to charge me more. Needless to say, I won't be staying here again.

The location of this hotel is perfect, but unfortunately, the noise level is a major issue. You can hear every conversation from other rooms, the cleaning staff, and even the sounds from the hallway. The staff is friendly, but it's hard to enjoy your stay when you can't get a good night's sleep.

This place is a decent spot for a quick overnight stay in Nuevo Chimbote. The parking lot is secure and the area is relatively quiet. However, be prepared for some inconvenience at check-in and check-out, as the staff might not be readily available.

I had a really comfortable stay here, and I was impressed by how well the hotel met my needs. Having delivery options nearby was a bonus, and the amenities like cable, Netflix, and hot water were a plus. The receptionist was also super friendly.
