The staff at the reception were serious, friendly, and cooperative with our requests, and everything else was fine.

“Minunat!”

The breakfast was varied and very good, the coffee was super! The room and bathroom were clean, and the towels were changed daily. Wonderful! The only downside was cigarette smoke from guests on the neighboring balconies (but that’s a problem with all hotels).

The staff were very kind, the rooms were large, clean, and furnished with new furniture, and the balcony was big. The food was excellent, the pool was clean, there was plenty of greenery around the hotel, and there was music in the restaurant at night. The bed was very comfortable. However, on one of the days when a new bath towel was placed in the bathroom, I noticed it was stained. The cleaning lady replaced the towel, but the first one still seemed off. Also, the toilet paper holder had been removed from the wall and simply put back in place; when I put the paper on it, it fell off. A bit more attention to detail would help. Lastly, although it is a 4‑star hotel, there is no minibar in the room, and the all‑inclusive food should be more varied, especially with chicken dishes, which were missing on some days. Overall, it was a dream stay!

The accommodation was very good, the bed was very comfortable, and it was close to the beach. The only issue at breakfast was the marinated item (ham, sprat??) that still had the intestines inside.
