The staff were super friendly and the animals around were a nice touch. But the smell coming from the sewage system was pretty off‑putting and made the stay less enjoyable.

They cancelled my room the day before and blamed us for the mix‑up. It was a frustrating way to start the trip.
The room was handed over late, no soap, and the toilet paper was already used. There was a patch on the bathroom wall too. The people at the front desk were helpful, but it was clear they were swamped with guests. I understand the busy season, and when I came back the next time everything was spot‑on.
The place is gorgeous, the eco‑hotel vibe is solid, and the colonial style rooms are huge. Breakfast was delicious, but they only offered one option – I wish they had at least two to choose from.
