Magic Beach Hotel Hurghada

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, and the view from our rooms was absolutely marvelous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the beach was nice and enjoyable. The animation team was fantastic and really made our stay more fun and enjoyable. Almost all of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. The food was unfortunately a major disappointment; the way it was prepared needed significant improvement. We and other guests also had an unpleasant experience with the chef responsible for the snacks, whose attitude toward guests was not professional or welcoming.

I checked out yesterday and the hotel is charging me for one night while the rest should be refunded by you. I booked through Steigengenberger Hotel, which is very nice, and I will be there again on 30.9. I need to order a taxi from you again; which travel company do you partner with? I also need a consultant and their phone number.

The place was spotless, the waiters were incredibly kind, the facility was welcoming, and it was a great place to relax.

Mr. Awny the reception manager was a good guy and very helpful. The reception team " Alaa, El tayeb" were decent. The food was good but almost the same stuff everyday. Barely you can tell any difference. The beach is okay. In general I and my wife, we had a good experience
