The hotel’s location was good, and the staff member who swapped our room was very helpful and professional; we asked for a different room because ours (33) was old and dirty, so make sure to book a renovated room since standard ones can be outdated.

The location was convenient and the parking met our needs, but in room 14 the toilet leaked, flooding the bathroom so we had to avoid walking through it, and the TV was too difficult to operate.

We always stay at the Presidential when in Mount Gambier; room 12 is spacious with a lounge area and has been freshly renovated, and the parking is good, though the shower droplets fall from so high that they dissipate before reaching me because I’m short—nothing that ruins the stay.
