The place is gorgeous—full of charm and authenticity. Ann is a lovely, welcoming host. Nothing to complain about.

The vibe is unique, but the stairs are steep and narrow, and the lounge feels a bit stuffy. The room itself is fine, though it gets sweltering at night when the heat is high. Getting to the third floor with heavy luggage is a workout.
