The facilities and staff were impeccable, the food was exquisite, and the prices were great.

You can bring your dogs, and the guided horseback rides are well organized and fantastic.

Staying at Carovane was amazing; the valley location with all kinds of animals made us feel like we were in a fairy tale, the food was delicious, traditional, and locally sourced, and we were offered a rich fixed menu at a very reasonable price that even accommodated a gluten‑free guest. The horseback walk with a friendly instructor who offered useful tips was also a highlight, and I’d love to return someday for another wonderful experience.

The place wasn’t very clean, and although the structure is fine, a few adjustments—like the shower—would improve it; additionally, the free‑roaming horses were not well managed.
