“Eine tolle Unterkunft für ein paar Tage auf La Digue!”
The location was quiet, the breakfast good, the small, tidy property, and the staff friendly—all matched well. I’d stay again. There was nothing to complain about.

We had a large room with a terrace, while our children stayed in a small room without a balcony or terrace for the same price, which should have been cheaper. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh fruit and omelette. We rented bicycles from the inn, but they were in bad condition: flat tires, broken gear, and an adjustable seat that wouldn’t lift. The coffee was only instant powder.

We really enjoyed our time at Pension Michel, it matched our expectations perfectly; the breakfast and dinner were excellent, we booked bikes through the pension, rode the electric buggy shuttle from the pier to the pension, asked to store our luggage until the boat time, borrowed beach towels for our last swim, and took a final shower before leaving; all the staff were attentive, the location is great and the garden is lovely. The rooms feel a bit dated, but we knew that beforehand and everything worked well, just a décor issue.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, with many supermarkets and excellent take‑away options nearby, and bicycles could be rented for an extra fee. Breakfast was tasty. The property was tidy and well‑maintained, and the garden was lovely. The only negatives were that some items, like the bacon‑cheese omelette, a hair dryer, and a beach towel, were only available upon request.
