I arrived to a spacious and spotless room with a pristine bathroom, and the bed linens were clean; the reception staff were friendly. The only downside was a night watchman outside who would walk by whistling during the night.

The location is convenient, close to healthcare facilities, and the check‑in was easy and flexible; there’s a shared kitchen and secure access. The bathroom fixtures feel a bit old and rusty.

The spot is good and quiet, but the establishment lacked hygiene: the sheets were dirty, full of stains and hair in the bed; the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, the floor mat was no longer white and covered in fur, the bathroom floor and shower had the same issue; the bathroom was very old, the shower glass was barely visible; furthermore, the photo didn’t match the room we received.

The place is in a good spot, but the bathroom was dirty, the value for money was low, entry was difficult, and the stay was dull and noisy.
