The place was very bad. Breakfast was poor, with few cold items, cold tea, and no in‑restaurant service.

The staff were very polite and helpful, rooms were clean, and breakfast was quite good. Being close to the mall and nice cafés and restaurants was a great feature for a solo businessman. Having a gym with a well‑working treadmill was important for me. The only downside was that smoking was allowed at the breakfast spot, which bothered me, but maybe that’s normal in Erbil. The gym could use a few heavier dumbbells.
