The view from the terrace of the lake and valley was beautiful, yet there was no option to turn on lights—only a single floor lamp. The walls were wet, peeling paint, and plaster was falling off. Because the house sits on a hill, loud motorcycles can be heard, and the plumbing quality is a 3; there are no shelves near the sink, so toiletries must be placed on the floor.
