I had no positives to mention. I booked, got a confirmation, but the hotel refused to accept foreign guests, so I couldn’t stay. The experience was awful, and the fault lies with the booking platform for not making this clear and allowing reservations for a hotel that doesn’t accept foreigners.

The only thing that makes sense about this place is its spot right inside the Rizhao West high‑speed railway station, which is super convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel isn’t set up for foreign guests at all – we spent about an hour just to check in four people, and when it came time to settle the bill they refused any international credit cards, so we had to cough up cash.
