The staff were helpful and friendly, taking care of us from booking to departure. They prepared a meal for us when we arrived in Marrakesh, and the chicken tagine was the best we ate during our stay. The riad is very quiet, tucked away in a little cul‑de‑sac, making it a real sanctuary amid the noisy streets of the Medina. The beds were a bit firm, but we still slept well each night.

The staff are incredibly friendly! Thanks to the whole team, I surprised my girlfriend with an unforgettable birthday, a decorated room with flowers and a cake, plus a birthday breakfast on the rooftop terrace ❤️ The location is central, close to the Uber pick‑up point and various excursions. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms very comfortable. Everything you need is available! Keep in mind that Marrakech itself can be very busy, which might overstimulate you 😊

The Riad team is exceptional! They helped us with everything we needed. As soon as we arrived, Mamoude gave us a map of the medina that proved very useful, along with many valuable tips. The Riad’s food was amazing!! I already miss the mint teas and the hearty breakfast full of options. On the last day we had to leave very early, and Saïd, even waking up in the middle of the night to assist us, made sure to prepare a snack for us to eat on the trip <3 We felt very welcomed by these details, the attentive and helpful staff, and we’re very happy we chose Riad Dar Eternity for our trip to Marrakech.

Everything was clean, super beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was delicious, the roof terrace great, and the location good—overall just fantastic.
