Breakfast was decent, but they served the same South Indian dish every day and only offered bananas as fruit. I needed 2–3 L of water per day, yet they only gave me two 500 ml bottles, which was far from enough. Breakfast ran from 8–10 AM, but I’d prefer it to stay open until 10:30–10:45 AM so guests who aren’t early risers have more time to freshen up before eating.

The location and comfort were good, and the AC worked fine. The general area could use a bit more cleaning.

Nothing. Booking Ref: 1996713949 - 13-15 May - Hotel Treebo Malhar, Pimpri ( site) They did not provide me early checkin inspite of my request one month ago Room A/c was not working. They kept assuring and after 2 hours I confronted them. The hotel staff asked me to checkout without refund and informed me to ask Treebo for refund as I had booked thru them. Hotel staff was excessively rude, ill mannered and abusive. I am now following up with Treebo for refund, but there is no response inspite of several complaints and reminders. Mainly they communicate thru Bots and mechanised responses. I had made booking site thru Treebo agent. I will strongly recommend people to avoid this Hotel Malhar, Pimpri. Also don't deal with either Treebo or in future as the quality and integrity is questionable and they are hopeless and shameless people

The location is good, but the dental kits comb were missing and the staff didn’t respond quickly when I mentioned it.

The service was absolutely rubbish – not even by treebo standards – I couldn’t get my refund resolved, they kept saying yes or no, and it felt like they didn’t care about customers. I usually book through Booking, so this was a real disappointment.
