Located in the heart of Lenzerheide, Kurhaus Lenzerheide boasts a vibrant night club, open on select winter evenings, and a restaurant serving seasonal cuisine. Guests can enjoy mountain views from the bright rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom and hairdryer. A nearby bus stop offers convenient access to the surrounding cable car within 3-5 minutes.

The location was good, the room was very quiet and spacious, and the staff were very friendly, with a cool interior design. However, the room had no Wi‑Fi and no mobile data (only occasionally in the bathroom). I always had to sit in the lobby to get online. There was no TV or fridge in the room, and the curtains couldn’t block out light; it got bright at dawn. The shower was tiny and in need of renovation.

The staff were rude and spoke only German and English—no Italian or French, which was disappointing. There was no ZV in the room and the football world cup was playing. Cleaning was inconsistent, and the quality and services didn’t match the price. We had to change to a room that cost twice as much. Bad experience.

The location was good and the on‑site bar/restaurant was nice. The 2‑bedroom apartment turned out to be a single bedroom with one bed in the main living/dining/kitchen area, which was a bit misleading. The kitchen was just a very small kitchenette in a cupboard, so it wasn’t really suitable for cooking meals.
