I found the hotel's location to be super convenient, right by the road. However, I had a bit of a struggle finding my room due to the confusing room numbering system - it took me a while to locate it, and to make matters worse, the room number didn't even match the floor it was on.

I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel - it was nice and quiet. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities, or rather the lack thereof - I encountered issues like broken lights, no tissues, and air conditioning that wasn't working properly. There were a few other problems too, but I'll just mention these for now.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While I couldn't say I truly enjoyed my time there, the hotel did have some redeeming qualities. The poor WiFi and hard bed were major drawbacks, and the dirty linen, constant noise from the nightclub, and ants in the room made for a less-than-ideal experience. To make matters worse, the housekeeping didn't clean my room properly, and I had to ask multiple times for clean towels.
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's fantastic location, but unfortunately, they didn't offer breakfast, which was a bit of a letdown. The proximity to various attractions made up for this minor inconvenience, and I ended up enjoying my stay overall.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel in mid-February, and I was relieved to find it free of bedbugs. The abundance of restaurants and a coin laundry nearby was a huge plus, and the hotel's proximity to the border, Tam Luang Cave, and Doi Pha Mi made for a fantastic experience. However, the noise level was a bit of a concern, but it didn't detract from my overall satisfaction.
