It sits right in front of the ocean in Da Nang bay. There are a few restaurants, cafeterias, and grocery stores nearby. In the afternoon and evening, many stalls line the seaside where you can grab a fresh drink, eat something, and chill. I enjoyed walking along the very long beach and the side path. The room was nice, very clean, a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The owners and staff were kind, smiley, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

We stayed on the 4th floor, and the hotel has no elevator. The hotel is clean, and the owners keep it tidy. The owners are friendly and try to create good conditions: each day they gave us boiled water in a thermos, tea and coffee packets. Nearby there are many cafés with local food and coffee. The hotel is not on the tourist beach. We stayed in a deluxe room that matches the photos. The hotel is on the river mouth, so the water is dirty. On the left side of the shore you can swim when there is no tide.

Very bad. Do not book a room here. Very bad. The food was terrible. Guests who booked through Booking had confirmation that the booking was completed, yet when they arrived, the hotel said they didn't know how to book through Booking. I expect Booking to clarify the information to avoid bothering customers and wasting their time.
