I was pleased with the friendly staff and the convenient location near the hospital I used, but the cleanliness felt only about 6/10.

The geyser never worked, and there was no toilet paper or soap; even after multiple requests, water still wasn’t supplied. The dustbin in the room was tiny, and the washbasin cabinet was already full of used toilet paper.

The stay was good with excellent service; the staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, making for a pleasant experience that I would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.
