Clean, the breakfast buffet was really, really nice, and the whole staff were friendly and kind; the bed was comfortable and the nightly rate of 422 riyal was reasonable. The parking spaces were extremely irritating and cramped beyond tolerance, the bathroom lighting was linked to the room which is a mistake, the bathroom lacked privacy because it opened into the room, and there was a strange smell in the wardrobe near the bathroom.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were welcoming. Nothing else.

Receptionist Ms. Rihaf was very courteous, respectful, and smooth; she processed the check‑in quickly. The room was clean and the breakfast was considered world‑class. The only issue was that the bathroom door was heavy and difficult to open and close; it would be good to inspect room 707 for this problem.

The hotel is very pleasant and definitely worth booking. In particular, a staff member named Saddam Hussain was extremely polite and respectful.
