The hotel is very modern with great service and served as a perfect base for a week‑long tour of Tuscany, visiting Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, and Lucca. The destinations are about 50–110 km away and easily reachable by car. The hotel itself impressed us: it’s very modern, our room was large, stylish, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The spacious bathroom and separate toilet were especially nice, and air‑conditioning is available. Guests can opt for a balcony room if they wish. Small touches were considered: bathrobes and slippers for the pool area, a fitness room, a pool area, and a restaurant that serves delicious food—a good option to eat after a long day of sightseeing. Special thanks to all staff—reception, restaurant, kitchen, and room service—who were all very friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout. We also saw that the hotel offers e‑bike rentals, free monitored parking for cars, and two electric vehicle charging stations. A note on travel and excursions: depending on the chosen route, the roads can be hilly or mountainous and sometimes winding; this was no problem for us, but it’s worth considering when planning travel times. Two small criticisms: in summer the room seems to be cooled too much when we leave, making it unnecessarily cold on return; a slightly better or more personalized air‑conditioning setting would help. Also, the price per kWh at the charging stations could be a bit cheaper.
