The place is in a good spot, but the room we booked was a standard and it was so tiny that our suitcase barely fit; we had to squeeze it between the wall and the bed. The photos on the app didn’t show this, so I guess the photographer did a great job. When we asked for an explanation, the hotel staff laughed and told us it was the smallest room in the hotel. The only option they offered was to pay for an upgrade. In the upgraded room our luggage fit, but there was dirt under the bed, and on the last night a salamander even appeared. The noise was a problem because the hotel had a rooftop party that night, which kept us up until the early hours. The breakfast was pretty ordinary. All in all, for the price it feels pretty poor.

The location is perfect, right next to everything! The only downside was construction next door, but it wasn’t too disruptive.

The place sits right in the center, just steps from Provenza, and the breakfast is very complete and everything is good. If you’re looking for a quiet stay, it isn’t the best because the nightclub on the top floor is noisy; but if you want a party vibe and everything else, this is the spot.

The location is great, the people are really friendly, the food is excellent, especially the chef’s dishes and the meat and tapas; it’s a real treat. The housekeeping was rushed, especially in the afternoon, and they would come in even when you were in the room, which was a bit off. Also the alarm at 4 am in the room across the hall had the music blasting, which was not great, and on the weekend the electro music was played even though we’re in the heart of Colombia and we’d rather hear Latin music.
