Breakfast was fine, nothing special. The room was okay, but the bathroom was dirty and needed an update; a good clean was required. The shower tray was dangerous—walking into the bathroom you could easily trip on it, and the toilet area was far too narrow.

The location is excellent and the food is great, but parking at the hotel is a hassle—you have to arrive early to secure a spot.

The beds are comfy and the linen is crisp and clean, and the rooms stay tidy. Breakfasts are plentiful and offer a good variety.

Initial arrival hotel looks very nice, very pleasant staff, helpful staff, clean and spacious. The tiles on our balcony were very loose ( not even fixed in place) not safe to walk on so kept children off balcony. Pool changing area very dark and glum. Ceiling tiles in pool and changing rooms missing or hanging down, Tiles missing in changing rooms and badly stained, hotel needs some tender updating
