The location was fine. Cleanliness and upkeep were terrible—spiders and webs everywhere, mold in the ceilings, bathroom, and shower, broken tissue holders, outdated fixtures, and a broken sink faucet. We could go on. Paying $550 for two rooms for one night was price gouging for a hotel in this condition. We’ll report this further. Save your money!

Nothing smelled, and we left right away. It smelled like pee; ripped my shirt on a sharp thing on the door.

The rooms were filthy, with multiple broken items and no microwave; the hot tub felt like a lukewarm bath with barely working jets, and when I asked for fresh sheets, the housekeeping delivered dirty, stained ones. It was a terrible stay, and I'm fighting to get my money back.

The check‑in staff were friendly and helpful, but the maintenance was awful: ripped carpet, a broken lock/handle, wallpaper peeling in the shower, and common areas were very dirty.
