The location was great because it was close to all the places I wanted to visit, the room was clean, and we got a room on the same floor as the lobby, which was handy when we had a lot of luggage. I was a bit let down by the breakfast, though, because there weren’t many options; I’d have liked more variety like croissants, waffles, eggs, sausages, strudels, muffins, etc.

The reception staff were not helpful at all and came across as rude, which really spoiled the experience.

The reception desk was friendly, helpful, and professional, but the restaurant staff need more customer‑service training.

The room was clean, with daily housekeeping, new sheets and towels, and the microwave was very handy; it was close to the places I wanted to visit and the breakfast was good. The iron, however, didn't work.
