“Maravillosa”
The pool, the lagoon, and the breakfast were delicious, but some things were dirty in the restaurant, and in our room there were many small ants that got into our luggage.

The facilities and the tranquility were great, and everything else I loved.

Hermosísimo… Tranquilo, la laguna hermosa, los kayaks gratuitos super y el desayuno deliciooooso. Sólo diría que el aire acondicionado congela en la zona de closet y lavabos y tarda en llegar a las camas.

The spot was gorgeous and the staff were super friendly, and I liked the boat ride. But the room with a lake view smelled damp, which was annoying. Trying to cool the room at night was a hassle because it got cold, and the breakfast order was messed up three times out of four days even though they used a tablet, which was really irritating. The workers next door were extremely noisy from 6:45, and the pool bar played music from 8 am to 10 pm, which felt excessive for a wellness place. I enjoyed the boat trip, but the photos taken on John’s iPhone and the drone footage cost 700 pesos, which was too pricey, so we both missed out on a sale.

The hotel’s location is great and the breakfast is delicious, but the room didn’t suit me at all because it was tucked in a corner and felt cramped; I’d had a larger room before and couldn’t switch because the hotel was full. I don’t like rooms that are almost in a corner.
