The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city centre. The room, however, feels poorly maintained; the fridge was missing, later added but still not working.

The central spot and the luck of parking the car right in front of the hotel, avoiding any extra walking, were great. The elevator stops working from 19.30 and the doors stay closed at night, so you have to enter through a side door.

The location is fantastic, the reception staff were very professional, and the room was clean and functional. I’ll gladly return.

The location is good, close to the parking and the historic centre. The ground‑floor room was dark and damp, with blinds that looked very damaged and unstable, so I didn’t open them. In the bathroom, water leaked heavily from the sink, soaking the floor as soon as the tap was opened. They swapped me for a second‑floor room, which was a bit better, but the automatic corridor light system forces you to walk to the middle of the corridor to turn it off, leaving the room door dark when you exit. I had to use my phone light, and the biggest issue was a step near the room door that stayed dark and caused me to trip. The room lock is a bit faulty and you have to be careful inserting the key. The room was noisy.

The place is super central for exploring Gubbio, and there’s free parking right next to it. The bed pillows could use a review.
