The hotel was really nice, just a 3‑minute walk from Bruges’ main square. The bar area drew both guests and locals, offering a solid selection of beers, wines, spirits, and a tasty menu. Staff were friendly, professional, and eager to help. We even had a room to leave our luggage while we explored the town before our taxi arrived. Water from the shower in the large ground‑floor room leaked, flooding the entire bathroom floor. We reported it, and the staff genuinely tried to fix it, but the problem stemmed from a poorly installed or designed shower enclosure that allowed for disabled access.

The location is incredibly good; I recommend the breakfast. As someone from Turkey, I really liked the breakfast. The staff are very polite and friendly, and the rooms are clean. The only complaint is that the room lacks a water heater and a fridge.
