“Comfortable and convenient.”

The bed is comfortable, and the rooms on the back side stay quiet from the highway. Breakfast and coffee are very good, especially the coffee. Room 111 lacks a desk lamp, so the keyboard is hard to see when using a computer. An extra comfy chair would let both occupants read or watch without having to use the bed. The room also has a bit of noise from the elevator.

“I would not recommend this place”

The location and the air conditioning in the room. The pool was dirty. The pool and hot tub were extremely small and did not look like pictures. Our first room the toilet kept overflowing and we were given a plunger and laughed at every time it over flowed. No maintenance people were sent. We asked for another room and were told in a snarky tone at the front desk “uhhh, another room, ummmm, NO.” We had to ask for a manager. Finally got another room. The shower had hair pins left in the shower so it wasn’t throughly cleaned. They only brought towels the second day because we requested them. We only had 2 towels for 4 people in the room. They never came to empty trash and housekeeping left their carts and supplies all over the hallway. I have pictures. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The breakfast wasn’t great. We were told repeatedly in with an attitude THERE ISN’T ANY FRUIT FOR BREAKFAST. We never even asked but the lady at the front desk kept adamantly repeating it. We were not wanting fruit. But we were NEVER A INFORMED about the $25 parking fees. Not very much quality for Holiday Inn

The room was comfortable. I lost a special bracelet and, when we arrived, it was still there; when we left, my husband no longer had it. The staff checked the room but couldn’t find anything and were unable to provide camera footage to prove it was there.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The staff running the daily breakfast were unprepared for the large number of guests and seemed overwhelmed. The number of adults and children was high for the amount of food available. The breakfast area was too small for the crowd. On our second morning, many items were missing that were present the first day—no milk, fruit, bagels, or yogurt. A delivery man walked in with several boxes and carts of items, but it’s unclear what happened; there was likely a delivery issue. Additionally, the outlets in the room were old and worn, preventing us from charging our cell phones. It was a disappointing experience for us.

“Juste pour une nuit…”

Breakfast opens at 6 am. By 7:15 am there was nothing left to eat, and the person in charge showed no interest in addressing our request.
