Qyzylorda Hotel

“很难忘记在这酒店舒适惬意生活、酒店工作人员热情周到服务”

The central location was the best part. The overall environment was amazing, grand, and the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and attentive. The room was huge, spacious, and spotless, with no hair on the linens, and it had all the amenities. The bathroom had no odor, the shower had strong hot water, and it was refreshing. The lighting, ventilation, and soundproofing were excellent. The Wi‑Fi was fast. The parking lot was large, with dozens of spots. The hotel offered all three meals a day, especially the buffet breakfast was very generous, with dozens of tasty dishes, including meats, eggs, and dairy, and we ate ourselves full.

“В целом всем довольна, на 4 балла из 5”

The location, service, cleanliness, and food were good. The room was very small with a single bed, and the soundproofing was poor.

“Пока единственный хороший отель в Кызылорде”

The hotel was freshly renovated, everything felt new and spotless. The staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was a buffet with a limited selection but always fresh and something new each day; pancakes were cooked right on the skillet and the coffee was machine‑made. The only downside was that the hotel profile didn’t include any photos of the breakfast.

The new hotel, recently renovated, ranks among the best in the city and the restaurant on the first floor is very good.

The renovation was fresh and clean, and it was quiet.
