The breakfast was decent and the location was convenient; the reception staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. However, the bar staff, restaurant staff, and breakfast staff were often unfriendly, unhelpful, and at times quite rude.

The hotel is close to the airport and the check‑in staff were super friendly and helpful, yet the property clearly needs a full refurb: it feels dark and oppressive, and cigarette smoke in the corridors seeps into the bedrooms.

The location was good, but the room was left with rubbish, a milk spill that froze in the fridge which we had to clean, an alarm call at 5am that we didn’t request, and tea and coffee that were never refilled.
