I was greeted with excellent service and fell in love with the apartment; I hope to return many more times. Thank you.

The location is exceptional—anywhere in São Paulo is reachable, about a 5‑minute walk to Vila Mariana metro and 8 minutes to Ana Rosa. Nearby are good restaurants, bars, a fruit‑vegetable shop and a supermarket on the same block. I strongly recommend booking in advance; the value for money is great whether you have a car or not. The accommodation is “espartana,” but it has everything you need for a long stay. I don’t recall any negatives.

Café compatível com o custo. Localização interessante a depender do objetivo da viagem, as imediações ofertam supermercado bom (a 1 quarteirão) e algumas lojas. Fácil acesso a área da Av. Paulista. tudo atendendo a proposta

The host was really polite and went out of his way to help whenever I needed something. It made the stay feel a lot smoother, and I appreciated the friendly attitude.
