“Good choice for 1-2 nights to visit the pyramids.”
The rooftop offers a breathtaking view of the pyramids, and unlike many other hotels in the area, this one is within walking distance of the Sphinx gate on the Giza plateau, which is a big plus. The hotel’s facilities and rooms look newly renovated and clean. However, there was no breakfast buffet; everyone received the same plated breakfast. The omelette was okay, but the bread felt like something from a plane, and there were no fresh fruits, cereals, muesli, or yogurts. The breakfast left room for improvement. Compared to the other three hotels we stayed in Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan, this hotel had very few staff present during our stay, and they spoke only basic English. Overall, I found it difficult to see this hotel as a fully convincing choice in Giza; it seems to focus more on the pyramids view than on value for money. Still, the Pyramids Pavillon Boutique hotel is probably a good option compared to other hotels in the area for a similar budget.
