The location is great, and the pool is also great.
The bathroom was good, but the price was high.
I didn’t realize the pool was open to non‑hotel guests, so privacy was lost, the pool got crowded, and the towels were always missing, making me wait a long time.

The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, but I had to change rooms three times because of several problems with the room facilities; I appreciate their help, yet the hotel needs to improve room maintenance and amenities for a more comfortable stay.
Parking was plenty and spacious, the location was on the main road, and the room view was beautiful; however, the room mirror was covered in mold from the outside, so I couldn’t enjoy the view properly. The pool had several cracked sections that should have been patched or repaired for safety, and there was no bellboy at checkout—so I had to lug the trolley myself. For a top hotel in Pekan, this lack of service is disappointing; I hope they fix these issues.
