The room wasn’t cramped, and having a washer and dryer in the room is a big plus! The staff spoke almost no English and were often uncommunicative. The room was very basic, except for the washer and dryer.

The main reason for booking was that the room had a washer/dryer combo, which worked very well after a cruise. It’s right next to the fish market. The rooms were very small, the voucher for breakfast didn’t cover much, English from the staff was very limited, and there was a charge for cleaning rooms if staying less than a week, but they did empty trash and change towels whenever requested.

The location was wonderful with Tsukiji right on the block. It’s easy to get to and from many parts of Tokyo with convenient bus and subway entrances. Amenities, especially the washer/dryer for clothes, were great. The morning coffee and tea were excellent. The only downside is that you’ll need to transfer subway lines at least once more if you want to explore other parts of Tokyo.

Great location, just around the corner to Tsujiki market and many subways nearby. Room was clean and, although it was in a very busy area, it was super quiet. staff was friendly as well. Room was small (normal in Tokyo) so do take this into consideration if you are staying many days. Cleaning is not included (also that is normal in Japan in general)

The location and the staff were solid, but the bed was hard to get out of for the person sleeping against the wall.
