The staff were very kind and helpful, fixing all of our problems. Breakfast was tasty, although it stayed the same every day; the pastries were flavored with heavenly jams. The room faced the street where, every midnight, the glass‑recycling bin under our window was emptied right in front of us. Even before that, the car was noisy, and only the clatter of breaking glass helped drown it out. It would have been better if the hotel windows were sound‑proofed. The location was good, close to the train, metro, and bus stops.

Very close to the station, a great spot. The place was clean. I stayed for two days in a very suitable room. The mattress wasn’t comfortable for me, but I admit I’m a picky sleeper.

The location was very good, the staff were excellent and very helpful with good English, but the price is high for the services offered. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast satisfactory. The price is high, there was noise all night, and the sound insulation was poor.

The terrace and breakfast were nice. I booked a double room and a pull‑up bed, but ended up with three single beds. I asked for a room change, which we did. Neither of the rooms had windows that opened because they faced an internal terrace of another unit or hotel. I had requested a cooler for transporting a costly medication, but they put it in the fridge, and I had to discard the drug because I couldn’t keep it cool for six hours. They called to apologize, and I appreciated the gesture, but I still had to buy the medication again.
