The location and view were good, but the facilities were only average. There was no service, Wi‑Fi barely worked, and the staff culture was the biggest disappointment. On two occasions we called reception for over 30 minutes each time and never got a phone answer. We had to call reception whenever we wanted to be picked up around the property, which should be a priority for guests. After walking 30 minutes to reception, the receptionist’s attitude was poor, saying “sorry we are busy checking in other guests.” There was zero care for the guests actually staying there, so I would never book or recommend this place.

The location is a paradise; I’ve never seen anything so beautiful, truly worth it. The reception staff are neither willing nor able to solve a problem, and they even make it harder. The resort is very hard to reach; you need a large car to get there, and the drive to the resort is literally fatal, which is very regrettable for a place with such performance. You risk damaging your car.

The Cabañas accommodation for 8 people is spacious, with direct lake access, an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel’s infinity pool is amazing, offering a stunning view of the lake and the rock, there are small jacuzzis for 2, fire pit spots, and you shouldn’t miss the sunset. The downside is that reaching the main restaurant (the only one for breakfast) can be long, and you have to call reception each time to get a buggy, but I think the buggy walk adds charm to the stay.

The service was terrible. Calls and messages were never answered, and if they were, the response was extremely slow. We arrived and our room wasn’t ready; it took 1:40 to hand it over to us.
