“Schade wie sich das Hotel in diesen ca. 2 Jahren ins Negative verändert hat”
The view of Leipzig was exactly what my son wanted and it was fully delivered. We always book our hotel with breakfast and a swimming pool. This time, it was our second stay at the Westin and we were very disappointed. 😰😰😰 On the first booking, breakfast was NOT included at check‑in, despite the high price and pre‑booking in September. So I think tomorrow, for our last night today, we’ll be presented with a bill of at least 120 €. The worst part is that we couldn’t use the pool because the water temperature was too low. The front desk told me it was now a sports pool. That wasn’t the case during our first visit about two years ago. Too bad, this will probably be our last stay in this truly beautiful hotel room in my favourite city Leipzig.
