The location and the room itself were fine, but the cable TV didn’t work, so we only had 1+1 and watched a bunch of Statham movies all evening. Wi‑Fi only started working two hours after I asked. We could only enter the pool and sauna at 23:30 even though we booked for 23:00, and each person was charged 500 UAH per hour—there were five of us, so it cost 2500 UAH. Only the sauna and pool were open; another type of sauna was closed. The kettle didn’t work in the morning, and the rental of the mangal area was pricey: 1000 UAH for two hours. Lights were off on the premises because there were few guests (we and maybe one more), so we had to walk around with a flashlight at night.
