The hotel is very nice and in an excellent location, though the breakfast could offer more variety.

The location is great, just steps from the Opéra, Madeleine, and the major department stores, with many restaurants nearby; the room is comfortable and well decorated, the bathroom is spacious with a lovely Italian‑style shower, and the breakfast is very good.

The location was good and the rooms stayed clean, but the AC was unreliable—often not working, and even when it did, the airflow was weak. Power cuts happened almost daily during our six‑night stay, and when I raised the issue with the front desk lady, she brushed it off, refused to switch rooms, and told me to contact management, which I did but never received a reply. The outages made the bathroom dark, with one lasting from 10 am to 3 pm, and no apology or compensation was offered. The 24/7 help line was also unhelpful; the desk staff would say “I’m sorry I’m alone here today, I cannot leave the desk” even for simple requests like bag assistance.

Only the location. We received our room with an hour delay at 16:00 with no real apology. We reserve an executive room. No door between the room and the bathroom. No standing shower and difficult to stand in the bath since the ceiling was very low. Do not reserve this room it doesn’t worse the supplement. The minibar didn’t work
