The staff greeted us warmly, but the bed sheet in our chalet was torn and the shower leaked heavily onto the wall, leaving water on the floor. The breakfast service was a bit awkward—we had to keep asking for more items and the cheese breads arrived cold. Overall it’s a nice spot if they sort out the housekeeping and breakfast setup.
