The cleanliness and staff were good. We were warned about a potential boiler explosion in the bathroom, which caused tension among guests, especially the elderly with hypertension and diabetes; the incident caused them distress, anxiety, and a power outage. Although the room was replaced, it did not match the previous quality, and they told me they would contact me but never did.

I had a great stay at Le Richy Jeddah. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The Front Office and Housekeeping staff were excellent and very helpful. I accidentally closed the door without taking the key, and the Front Office team assisted me immediately. Breakfast was also very good. A few more options like sandwiches, omelettes, and pasta would make it even better. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended and definitely 4 stars! The toothbrush kit and toothpaste were already open, which made me wonder whether they had been used before, so sealed amenities would give better confidence. Also, security staff presence could be improved.
