Just close to the bus terminal, easy to go Gyangju. Absolutely UNHAPPY with this hotel. Avoid this place. This hotel is in an unacceptable condition and seriously needs a complete renovation — or, frankly, to be shut down until the basic health and safety standards are met. The room was disgusting. There was mold, dust, spider webs everywhere, and it honestly looked like the room had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. I seriously questioned whether there was any housekeeping service at all. The sheets also did not appear to be freshly changed. There was a strong cigarette smell inside the room, even though we did not smoke. The bathroom was another major issue: whenever we used the sink or shower, water came back onto the floor, which is both unhygienic and potentially dangerous. I have attached several photos so people can see the condition for themselves. What is even more disappointing is that the photos shown on Google Maps and booking websites do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel at all. They either appear to be extremely outdated or were taken when the hotel was first opened. The reality is completely different. I strongly believe this property should be inspected by the relevant authorities for health, hygiene, and safety issues. Guests should not be paying to stay somewhere in these conditions. Please think twice before booking this hotel. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend staying here. The condition of the room was not just unpleasant — it raised serious concerns about basic hygiene and guest safety.
