The hotel is beautifully kept, the staff are friendly, the pool sits in a green garden, and you can see Kilimanjaro when the clouds are clear. Breakfast was really tasty with fresh fruit and avocado, and the room was spotless.

The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The staff is very welcoming and extremely helpful when arranging excursions. The pool is spotless and well maintained, and the garden is beautiful. I strongly recommend this place.

I had the entire hotel to myself, with all other rooms vacant, which made my stay fantastic! The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to assist, the food was excellent, and the courtyard plus swimming pool were lovely. The location was superb: a guide picked me up and drove me to Mt. Kilimanjaro and Arusha National Park, and the drive never exceeded two hours. The city center and train stations are also close enough to be worth visiting.

The road to the hotel becomes rough during the rainy season, but it’s only 100 metres long.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, all speaking good English. Agnes and her team were outstanding and very supportive, arranging a reliable tuk‑tuk driver and answering all our questions. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit, juice, fresh coffee, tasty pancakes, and a Spanish omelet. Lunch and dinner offered local Swahili dishes, with staff available all day. The bar served beers, cocktails, and had a comfortable lounge area. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing for a midday or afternoon swim. Agnes’s team were again excellent and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we were in Moshi. The only downside was that it was a bit out of town, but it was very quiet and peaceful.
