Modern hotel within walking distance of the center. Air‑conditioning works well. TV with YouTube. Key in phone. Overall I can recommend it. Price/quality ratio. Lack of storage space. Worse sound insulation from hallway and other rooms. We ate at breakfast, but the selection was weaker. Water temperature in the shower fluctuated.

What I liked most was the possibility of using a virtual key to open the doors, because it’s very convenient and practical. Also we needed an iron and they provided it. However, when using it, the room’s lights went out. Fortunately, the staff came to restore the electricity and attended us correctly. The shower had mold and was poorly lit. A curtain, placed between two glass panels, separated the shower from the room. However, because we couldn’t access it well, the bathroom was very dark. Also, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, which caused the floor to get wet while we showered. They didn’t provide bathrobes or slippers so we couldn’t walk comfortably around the room. The curtains were dirty and the room’s ceiling had stains near the window. The hotel is a bit far from the center, although it’s about 10 minutes by car. Moreover, some of the neighboring buildings looked abandoned, which gave an unpleasant feeling, especially at night.

“Dissapointig experience and badly designed”

The experience in this hotel did not meet our expectations and the room had several design problems: The shower/toilet area is super small and not practical. The shower floor was super slippery making it impossible to shower with our kid, who fell several times (imagine for an old person, pregnant woman, etc). The water from the shower leaked out the door creating a mess. The taps from the shower and sink are not practical and it’s not easy to select warm or cold water. There were no knobs to hang the towels. The noise from the street was super loud all night long. There were some annoying lights on the facade of the building that lit the room when dark. It was sad to see the hotel offered so many single‑used items (sponge, comb, tissues, etc) which are now carefully removed in hotels for sustainability reasons. The hotel uses virtual cards to access the hotel and the room, making it compulsory to carry your phone around. This was so unnecessary and annoying. We received an overwhelming amount of emails, SMS and notifications prior, during and after our stay, which created a super annoying guest experience. The experience from the personnel point of view was also not great, the staff seemed not happy and we even heard them complain about other guests in front of us during breakfast. The breakfast selection could also be improved, for example offering more fresh products and fruit, providing more quality coffee and butter and avoiding again single‑use items and plastics.

The location, facilities, and staff treatment were fantastic – we had a great time! The only drawback was the heavy street noise; the first night felt like a “wow” but overall it was nothing that could not be tolerated.
