i paid 1800 rs for one night with family of 3 members for air conditioning room. but AC was not working at all. staff said it is the same condition of the AC. thought we complained , he was not able to do anything at that time. but staff person was good. for 1800 rs nothing is there in the room which was really dissapointing for us. but at that time, we adjusted as we dont have any option. Air conditioning

I'm still fuming about my recent experience at this hotel. I'd booked a room for 24 hours in advance, but when I arrived, they told me it was only for 12 hours. I was shocked and had to rebook from their counter, which meant I had to pay more. It was a real hassle and left a sour taste in my mouth.
