The hotel itself is gorgeous with great facilities, but a massive gas explosion damaged my shop and forced us back to the Netherlands—outside insurance coverage. I asked for some understanding and got a €120 discount on a bill over €3,000. Right after we left, the room was offered again. I get that a business has to make money, but charging that much, doing nothing for guests, and then reselling the room feels unacceptable.

I've been coming to this place for years and it's still amazing. The owners are super warm and it's a family-run spot. The downside? The staff mostly speak English, which is a bit odd for an Austrian ski town, but it's not a big deal overall.

From the moment you walk in you feel right at home. The reception, bar, and restaurant staff are exceptional, and the house feels very personal—no request is left unfulfilled. We were blown away by how everything exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is a real gem, offering a carefree package with staff who are incredibly friendly and attentive. Every wish was met perfectly, and the breakfast, snacks, and dinner were flawless. The rooms are beautifully and uniquely decorated, and the sun terrace is a real bonus. We felt completely at ease and had a wonderfully relaxing holiday. The only drawback is the gym equipment—adding a few good quality dumbbells would make it even better.
