Good welcome and overall friendliness of the staff. We had a large and beautiful room. The hotel’s location is great, easy to reach for someone new to driving in Namibia. Beautiful restaurant with a choice for everyone.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the hotel sits in a great spot, the restaurant is pretty nice with a wide selection, and the breakfast was lovely. I stayed in room 4004, which could use a refresh, especially the bathroom.

The place is well located, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. I was very disappointed with the cost and quality of breakfast; if you add it to your booking it costs N$ 250.00, but if you forget to add it you’re charged N$ 350.00 per person, which is outrageously expensive for what’s offered – the most expensive breakfast ever, not good.
