I stayed for 8 days and the staff were super friendly, and it was great that they spoke English! The rooms and common areas were very nice. The location was also great, right in front of the metro station. Highly recommend!!

The staff spoke enough English. Actually everything! The reviews and photos gave me a very different impression of the accommodation. The room can best be described as shabby (see photos). The upholstery and furniture really need replacing; the bed would fit well in a goelag. I don’t believe the room is ever thoroughly cleaned. The atmosphere in the common area was also dead. So if you’re looking for coziness, I’m not sure this is the place if the above hasn’t already discouraged you.

Great location in the city centre, clean and nice room, friendly and very kind, helpful staff! Would stay here again if I returned to Chengdu!

I loved the location and the staff were incredibly friendly. I stayed in three rooms, two twins and one double; the double’s mattress was old and not very comfortable, but the other rooms were fine.
