The place is clean and comfortable, but I don’t like that guests are charged a parking fee without first being asked if they have a vehicle. I hope the hotel can adopt an SOP or a simple confirmation process during check‑in and check‑out to verify whether a guest has a car. This could prevent incorrect parking charges and the inconvenience of guests having to contact the hotel afterward to request a refund. This is especially important for guests traveling from out of state or another country, as resolving an incorrect charge after leaving can be very inconvenient. I believe a simple confirmation at check‑in or checkout would help prevent this issue and provide a better experience for guests. Overall, it was a good stay.
