The hotel is beautifully decorated with meticulous detail and is very quiet for those who want to rest. The rooms I booked are huge and the beds are also large. Cleaning is excellent. The pool area and breakfast zone are very pleasant, and all the staff are very kind. I liked it a lot. The breakfast is good but could be more varied; it’s a bit weak compared to the hotel’s level. The coffee is good and the natural orange juice is great, and the two pastries are also excellent. The bread could be better – being in Alentejo I expected good Alentejo bread, but they were more industrial doughnuts. Besides the pastries, there were slices of cheese, ham, and melon; I would suggest adding scrambled eggs and fresh cheese, for example. I booked a room with two beds for my teenage son and daughter, but was given a room with a double bed; it wasn’t a problem because the bed was large, but I suggest more care with reservations. There are drinks available for guests, but I would also recommend having snacks, a mix of toasts, at the hotel since the area only has a small market; for those staying longer at the hotel it would be useful to have that option.

The outdoor pool area is very pleasant, and the room is also very nice. The breakfast should have more variety, and there should be dinner options at the hotel.

Everything! The service was excellent, the spaces were great, and the staff were very friendly and of high quality.

The staff were friendly. The cleaning was poor – on the first day they arrived at 16:00 for cleaning, but when we were resting they said they would come later and no one showed up.
